Rates

Our rates are based on up to four (4) people with a two (2) night minimum for all stays. Please add 7% for local and state lodging tax. *Book for five (5) or more nights and receive a ten percent (10%) discount.

For Weddings, please call for your personal wedding package quote.
Rates are based on the greatest number of people who will be staying in the house at any one time during your visit.

Full Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for changes or cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival at A Majestic Mountain Retreat. The purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance is made available at the time of the reservation and not after final payment has been made. Trip Cancellation Insurance pays for non-refundable payments and certain costs if your trip must be cancelled or interrupted for catastrophic reasons. Payment for all holiday reservations booked is due by October 25th for Thanksgiving weekend and November 15th for the Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's Holiday Celebration.

Housekeeping
Standard Housekeeping is performed after your checkout at no additional charge. However, if excessive cleaning is required (for instance, removing a strong and lingering cooking odor) additional charges will apply. Additional housekeeping service may also be provided during your stay upon request. Rates will depend on the level of service desired.
